Forensic Conferences

Forensic training conferences are a great opportunity to see trainers and speakers that come from outside your normal geographical area. They usually provide access to vendors and are a great way to socially network with others in our professions.

I have listed the conferences that are held in Illinois as well as some national conferences below.

January 7-8, 2016: 2nd Annual Midwest Forensic Training Conference(SLEA) - The Suburban Law Enforcement Academy (SLEA) will be hosting the 2nd Annual Midwest Forensic Training Conference on January 7th-8th, 2016. This two day conference will be held at the state of the art Homeland Security Education Center (HEC) building on the beautiful College of DuPage campus located in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Forensic professionals from Law Enforcement Agencies, Crime Laboratories, Coroner’s Offices, Medical Examiner’s Offices and other related organizations will be in attendance from across the Midwest.

April 13, 2016 - April 15, 2016: IAPEM 10th Annual Training Conference - The Illinois Association of Property and Evidence Managers has announced their 10th Annual Training Conference. The conference will be located at the Wyndham Glenview Suites in Glenview, IL. Online registration will begin soon.

April 26, 2016 - April 28, 2016: ID IAI 54th Annual Educational Conference - The Illinois Division of the IAI has announced their 54th Annual Educational Conference. The conference will be located at the NIU Conference Center in Naperville, IL. Online registration has already started.
